Caring for UNC families since 1953
dynamic, nurturing, diverse, dedicated, fun!

Marina has been cooking for the children of the Victory Village Day Care Center since October, 2004. She prepares delicious and nutritious meals for the children using fresh fruits and vegetables and as many unprocessed foods as possible.

Born in Lebanon, her specialty is Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food, including Greek, Italian, and French cuisine, as well as kosher food preparation. Until 1995, she was president and manager of Ambrosia Restaurant in Durham; she continues to offer her specialty dishes through her catering service. She also operated a home daycare for 8 years.

You have the opportunity to partake of Marina's cooking and help support the programs at Victory Village by ordering meals from the Take-Home Menu. Order one week at a time, or for the entire month; orders for each Thursday must be received by the morning of the meal.

You may view this month's menu and download an order form here.
